Samuel Sinclair Toomath: 15 Nov 1896 - 28 Dec 1975

Samuel Sinclair Toomath was born on 15 Nov 1896 in Belfast, Ireland. He is the fifth son of Richard and Anna (nee Sinclair) Toomath and was probably given the middle name Sinclair in honor of his mother's family.

Private Samuel Toomath fought in France with the Royal Irish Rifles during WWI. His regimental number was 16/453. During WWII, he served as a Sergeant in the Royal Canadian Army Service Corps.

Samuel married Anna Moore, a native of Belfast, Ireland. They had a least one child together, a son whom they named Edward David (David was Samuel's next younger brother).

Samuel was 5' 9" tall with brown hair and hazel eyes. He died on 28 December 1975.
